Another way in which Seabreeze plans to assist your community to reach new heights, is by providing the services of our life style director, Grace Marin, at no additional cost to your association. Grace, and her support staff, will work with any existing social committee to determine a schedule of events, creation of event budgets, obtaining vendor sponsorships, and the handling of event setup/cleanup. Many of our communities have found that having a life style director at their disposal can be an invaluable resource.
Informing your homeowners, building a sense of community, and keeping moral high is a crucial success factor: Richelle and her team are fully equipped to work with the Board and any social committees to make this happen. They will connect with your membership through; community events, seasonal programming, event budgeting, volunteer management, vendor vetting, monthly ‘meet your neighbors’ events, as well as ‘meet and greet’ events with the management team.
