Brandon Tryon, CMCA®, AMS Principal

Brandon Tryon, Principal for Seabreeze Management Company, has a number of responsibilities on behalf of the organization, primarily in the following areas; new development communities, corporate accounting and client accounting. Brandon started his career in land development and homebuilding industry and has continued to strengthen his knowledge on each stage of the real estate life cycle. His focus involves structuring community associations for long term success through sustainable

financial planning and seamless developer to homeowner transitions.

Brandon partners directly with builder and developer clients assisting with the budget preparation process, subsidy exposure analysis, governance structure and community management procedures for developing communities. Brandon led the consulting efforts and onboarding of some of the most prestigious master planned communities in California including, Hunters Point in San Francisco, Bay Meadows in San Mateo, The Great Park in Irvine and Rancho Mission Viejo in Orange County. Brandon serves as an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Building Industry Association (BIA). He currently serves on BIA’s Bureau of Real Estate council and the San Diego Legislative committee, and previously served on the Board of Directors for BIA’s Building Resources Council.

Ned Heiskell, PCAM ® Vice President of Operations

Ned Heiskell, Vice President of Operations, is the newest member of the Seabreeze executive management team. Having joined Seabreeze in 2017, Ned is responsible for managing growth of the Seabreeze community portfolio with an expert focus on service and efficiency cultivated through decades of success in community management and property development. Ned’s career is a specimen of accomplishment. In his previous position as President of Associa N.N. Jaeschke, Ned engineered an aggressive turnaround at a struggling local branch.

Through deep revisions of operational policy with a strong focus on improved staff training and customer service, Ned was able boost gross revenues by nearly 18%, increase EBITDA from 9.3% to 20.1%, and grow revenue from new business from zero to $400,000 annually, all while raising the client retention rate to 95%.

A native of New York City and long-time professional associate of Isaiah Henry, Ned built his career experience in both Washington, D.C. and California before joining the Seabreeze team.

Ned’s professional credentials include the Community Associatio ns Institute Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM ® ), the highest professional recognition available to community association management professionals.
