What is the minimum length of agreement? Our standard agreement is for one year. The termination language can be adjusted as the Board sees best fit.
How many days’ notice is required for termination by either party. Conditions (e.g. with or without cause)? Typically, we require 60 days’ notice. We believe that this timeframe is fair notice for both parties in the event that the relationship needs to end.
