Provide number of local employees We currently employ nearly 500 staff members. 145 of them work out of our corporate office in Orange County, and 10 of them operate out of our regional Palm Desert office.
Provide minimum experience required for property managers We require our Community Managers to have 3- 5 years’ experience, and preferably hold a current CMCA or CCAM certification. What continuing education is provided to managers and other staff members? As a company, we place a great deal of focus on the education of our staff, as well as their professional development. True to this effort, we recently brought on Marybeth Green, CMCA®, CCAM®, MAEd as our Vice President of Education and Development. Marybeth oversees all training endeavors across the Seabreeze organization, ensuring every Seabreeze employee has access to the tools and training necessary for personal career development and continuous improvement. Externally, Marybeth provides guidance and training for Seabreeze board members, assisting both newly-appointed and seasoned members in best performing their duties.
Are your employees bonded? What level? Yes, in the amount of $2,000,000.
Please describe your mechanism for logging, tracking and responding to concerns from the board or from the homeowners All Board and homeowner requests or concerns are logged into our software program, C3, as well as entered in an action item list report, which is provided to the Board at monthly Board Meetings through the Board packet. Additionally, these items can be found through mySeabreeze and the Board Portal, allowing for visibility and tracking at all times. C3 communicates directly to mySeabreeze daily, ensuring the information is up to date. Describe your experience managing properties on leased tribal land. Describe your experience with tribal land lease extensions. Describe your experience working with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Agua Caliente Band of the Cahuilla Indians. We do not have any direct experience with these items. With that being said, we would do a full deep-dive during the transition to get an understanding of the nuances and needs for these items, and we are confident that we would adequately guide the Board through these processes, as well as work with the appropriate third-party experts when needed.
