In regard to employee retention, our focus is on ensuring they feel a sense of ownership on their work and career. We do so by promoting from within, providing competitive compensation, as well as quarterly career catalyst conversations, which ensure our employees know at all times where their career is headed within Seabreeze. Seabreeze empowers our managers by providing a result only work environment, a full team of support, remote access to our company systems, and a challenging, yet manageable, work-load. Managers are able to take ownership of their work without being micromanaged, while also having a full deck of resources and support. This support enables managers to be proactive and forward thinking for their respective associations. Seabreeze also utilizes a peer to peer bonus program. This program allows for each associate to award a fellow associate, or associates, with a budgeted amount of ‘credits’, which translate to real dollars. This system allows for em ployees to acknowledge and reward their fellow coworkers for going above and beyond for the organization. To ensure continuity, Seabreeze spends significant amount of resources in ensuring that we have the top candidate pool in the industry for covering any role for short-term or permanent basis. Each position in the association has a back-up at our corporate office available for coverage, depending on duration. In that time the role is being covered, Seabreeze’s HR staff will be utilizing its rich existing candidate pool, to present new candidates to the Board for selection and placement into the role. For the association, this is a seamless process as far as service deliverables. Seabreeze’s sole intent is ensuring there is no diminution in service, and w e will make ourselves available see that there is never a lapse in our standard of service. This commitment goes as far up as the CEO of our company. Amount of time needed to complete transition from previous supplier. Typically, a 60-day transition is ideal for an effective and smooth transition. We have done so in as little as 10 days; however, this is not preferred. What transition activities are anticipated? Upon receiving word from the Board that Seabreeze has been selected, our transition team begins working immediately to prepare our back-end systems, become familiar with the community’s nuances, and provides outgoing management a detailed request for documents. We have undergone the transition process with numerous management companies (inclusive of your current firm) and feel that we have a good working relationship with them.
