(i.e. bylaws, resolutions, etc.) Yes, we incorporate this task on your annual calendar to ensure documents are reviewed and maintained consistently. The frequency of these recommendations vary from association to association.

Expected Financial Services:

Who performs financial management? In addition to the Community Manager, your association will have a dedicated team of financial staff members at your disposal. This team will consist of a Financial Manager, Collections staff, Billing and Accounts Payable representatives. This team does not rotate or change, and as a result, they will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of where your association stands financially at all times.

Additionally, we do not contract with outside parties for the collection of delinquent assessments in most circumstances. The collection of assessments is handled by a team of 5 individuals, in addition to the Community Manager.

Describe the credentials of the accountant and/or accounting staff Our accounting staff consists of a group of 40 dedicated individuals, split up in three sections: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and Collections. Our team receives regular training by industry experts and different members of our Executive team. In addition, our Accounting department goes through a yearly rigorous audit process to ensure our control of risk via separation of duties is constantly in place. Does the same accountant or staff person handle the day-to-day financial data? Are financial statements reviewed prior to submission to the board? Yes, your Financial Manager will be responsible for delivering monthly financial statements based on your needs, and these statements are always reviewed before being presented to the board.
