We also do not charge for the customized preparation and delivery of our Board Packets. Are office supplies, copies, postage, and other such materials charged on an 'as used' basis, percentage of contract amount, or per lot basis? Ancillary charges that are not included in the base management fee, are charged for on as per- use basis. Provide a detailed list of any and all additional charges which have not already been provided herein.
