The lawsuit was brought because Fortnite was allowing kids to pay for V- Bucks (Fortnite’s currency) with their parents’ credit cards. Fortnite lost the lawsuit and was ordered to pay $245 million to the parents whose kids used their credit cards to pay for V-Bucks.
Another reason Fortnite is not just a game: it is a digital playground that has captivated millions.While it may not appeal to everyone, its creativity, accessibility, and pop cultural relevance make it a standout title in modern gaming. In my opinion, I think that Fortnite is a well-rounded, fun game to play when you’re bored, I give it a 9.5/10.
