been named third-party man- ager for three medical, office buildings in Montvale. The three properties are all located within the same one- block area in Montvale, in a region known for its growing influence in northern New Jersey’s healthcare sector. The properties are: ● 160 Summit Ave., a mul - tistory, 32,000 s/f, medical, office building; ● 305 West Grand Ave., a single-story, 27,163 s/f medi- cal, office building; and ● 50 Craig Road, a single- story, 14,000 s/f medical, office building. “We are excited to add this respected portfolio of prop- erties to our management services client roster,” said Christopher Hayes , manag- ing director of Accordia. “Our third-party management ser- vices will play a significant role in Accordia’s core business offerings and East Coast ex- pansion plan moving forward. Accordia has always been widely recognized for its stellar service, hands-on collaborative approach, and meticulous at- tention to detail in every facet of property management.” “Moreover, we have a fi- duciary responsibility to do a stellar job. Leading healthcare pro- viders have opened satellite practice areas in Montvale, at- tracting medical professionals from all over NJ to the town. NYC-based Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center ex- panded into the area in 2018 with the opening of MSK Bergen, located one block away from the three Accordia- managed properties. Hacken- sack Meridian Medical Group Orthopedic Specialists of NJ is soon to occupy the entire building of 50 Craig Rd., with a state-of-the-art medical facil- ity.
