What is your greatest professional accomplishment? My first deal still feels like my biggest win. It gave me the confidence to keep going. How do you contribute to your company and/or the industry? I started a networking group for young professionals in industrial real estate, creating a platform for fostering relationships and facilitating peer collabora - tion within the industry. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? My team, Mindy Lissner, Bill Waxman, Jeff Volpi, David Gheriani, and Mike Ugarte, whose unwavering support, shared wisdom, and collaborative spirit have deeply enriched my professional journey and helped me grow in countless ways. What impact has social media/networking had on your career? Social media and networking have significantly impacted my career by allow - ing me to cultivate meaningful relationships, which I believe are fundamental to the real estate industry and will yield substantial long-term benefits. What were some of your early goals and did anything happen to change them? My goal every year is to double my production from last year. What inspiring word of advice would you give to a young executive graduating from college? To believe in yourself and to keep your head down and work hard. Comparison is the thief of joy. MAREJ

What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? 64 Brunswick Ave., Edison NJ 94,696 s/f lease to Greatsell Fulfillment. How do you contribute to your company and/or the industry? A unique perspective driven by data. What impact has social media/networking had on your career? Social media has made a tremendous impact on my career. It has allowed me to expand my network to people outside of my market. What were some of your early goals and did anything happen to change them? Setting production/revenue generation goals. Outperformance of those goals caused me to change them. What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most successful in your profession? Patience. I understand that projects take a long time to complete. Embrace every part of the process. What outside activities do you enjoy during your free time? Golf, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, poker. What inspiring word of advice would you give to a young executive graduating from college? Take the time to learn what you enjoy doing. Ask a lot of questions. Don’t hesitate to follow up. MAREJ
