Checklist Where to Start
Register your campers online at wol.org/events/theridge, or wol.org/events/ranch. You will need a $99 deposit per camper when you register. All camper information is required ahead of time including camper health form, Persons Authorized for Camper Check-Out, and any leader information (if applicable). Download our informational packet on how to get your campers registered here. Check your email for confirmation and informational emails pertaining to your camper's time with us. Two Weeks Prior to Arrival - Balance, Cabinmate Requests, & Health Form Due Date Financial Details: F inal balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.
Campers cannot be checked in to camp with a remaining balance. Any unpaid reservations are subject to cancellation by Word of Life.
Youth leaders and parents of individual campers – Camper Health Forms can be accessed in your account under "Health Form Overview." As a youth leader, you are responsible to email camper health forms to parents. Please reference your reservation statement for specific cancellation policies online ahead of time. Cabinmate Request: For individual campers: Cabin mate requests and counselor requests can be added under each camper profile on your account. For groups (anyone registering 5+ campers): Your campers will be housed according to biological gender and camper program. *For Weeks 1 & 2: as a group, you’re welcome to request housing for Ridge & Island campers together as we will be merged in program those two weeks for summer 2026. Health Form Details: Electronic Health Forms must be complete, accurate and submitted two weeks prior to arrival. Camper Check-In is not available to those with incomplete health forms. You can find a Health Form instructions & walk-thru here. If you have individual campers registered: Log into your account with us here Under 'Current reservations' you can select 'Health Form Overview.' You will see the option to Email Health Forms, Medication Listing, and each camper Health Form on the reservation. Group Leaders – You need to email the health form link to each parent by clicking on “Email Health Forms” at top left of the Health Form Overview page. The Ranch and The Ridge Info Packet
