Rendall & Rittner has always been driven by our founding values that shape the way we work and inform our unique culture, as well as our mission that keep us focused and accountable. Building on these foundations, with the assistance of a number of our clients, residents and colleagues we have created a vision for our future and priorities which will help us to achieve it. We have also ref resh ed our mission statement and reaffirmed our commitment to our founding values. The following pages summarise our vision, mission, values and the 10 strategic priorities that we’ve set ourselves. Achieving these goals will help move our business and industry forward, for the benefit of our customers, our partners, our people and the environment.
