• An international cooking competition to prepare gourmet dishes using dates, date products and extra virgin olive oil, n which emerging chefs from the UAE and RACA will compete. • The jury panel consists of professional chefs from the UAE and RACA well-versed with evaluating the quality of food and preparartion methods used in such competitions. • The competition will showcase chefs from the UAE and Jordan competing in the Black Box Challenge using date and date products and EVOO. • Also during the festival a kids workshop will take place.
