The award is divided into two categories: Category 1: Palm Trees & Dates Paintings in this category should reflect human bonds with the date palm tree and the diversity of its fruits and colors, palm plantations, heritage industries of palm fronds, etc., while highlighting the natural beauty and charm of date palm. Category 2: Wild & Marine Life in Al Dhafra Al Dhafra boasts charming sand dunes, beautiful beaches and diverse environment, where birds, especially the Arabian Oryx, deer, camels and horses in the Liwa dunes hide around water springs, plants and fossils, and the sea that abounds in coral reefs, fishing stories and sailing boat races. The Region is also noted for the festivals that utilize its unmatched charm and marine heritage.
وتقسم الجائزة إىل فئتني الفئة األوىل: النخلة والتمور
لوحــات فنيــة تجســد عالقة اإلنســان بشــجرة نخلة التمــر وتنــوع مثارهــا وألوانها ومــزارع النخيــل والصناعــات الرتاثيــة من ســعف النخيل وغــ ذلك، وإبــراز الجامل والبيئــة الطبيعيــة والرتاثية لنخيــل التمور . الفئة الثانية: الحياة الربية والبحرية يف الظفرة بكثبانها الرميلة الســاحرة وبشــواطئها الجميلــة و بيئتها الطبيعيــة املتنوعة حيث الطيور وعىل رأســها الصقور واملهــا العريب والغزالن واالبــل والخيول يف كثبان ليوا التي تخفــي حولها ينابيع امليــاه والنباتات واألحافري.. والبحــر وما يزخر به من شــعاب مرجانية وقصص الصيد وســباقات القوارب الرشاعية، وما تزخر به مهرجانات منطقة الظفرة بصور مرئية بســحر الــ اث الربي والبحري.
