Although protocol has previously been established, I would like to personally bring greetings to the 32nd Grand Polemarch, Attorney William “Randy” Bates, Jr.; the 33rd Grand Polemarch, Thomas L. Battles, Jr; Grand Board of Directors Alumni and closed banquet speaker, Jwyanza B Watt; Grand Strategus, Enyinda Boms; my “sands” on the Council of Province Polemarchs, and we share the same number, 27th Southwestern Province Polemarch, William Puder; Past Southeastern Province Polemarchs, on whose impact I’ve followed: 17th Province Polemarch Melvin T. Solomon; 21st Province Polemarch, Dr. Stanley J. Pritchett, Sr.; 22nd Province Polemarch, Chester Leaks; 23rd Province Polemarch, James E. Freeman; 24th Province Polemarch Solomon S. Bradley. To All Grand Chapter Committee Chairmen and Appointees; To the Southeastern Province Board of Directors and Officers; To All Joseph R. Jenkins Awardees; To All Province Committee Chairmen and Appointees; To the Host Chapter, Conyers - Covington Alumni Chapter, thank you for your steadfast effort and hospitality to ensure we have a successful Province Council, and brothers all thank you for traveling to the City of Atlanta to conduct the business necessary for our progress! I want to thank the 34th Grand Polemarch, Attorney Reuben A. Shelton, III, for appointing me as the 27th Province Polemarch and allowing me to lead us through the finish line of the 34th Administration. At the beginning of this administration, we adopted the theme, “This Belongs to Us!” We know that the collective is much greater than the singular. We’ve moved the needle because of this platform. We’ve made great strides to meet our goals. We still have work to do and I know we will get there. This province’s history is a constant reminder of who we are today, and because of our foundation, we are strong today. Since we last met, this province has reactivated three chapters, initiated over 500 new members during fall and spring MTA, and reimplemented in-person meetings and training.
