The Khronicle: 27th Administration Edition

The 98 Southeastern Province Council was held in Charleston, SC, on April 18-20, 2024, with over 500 registered delegates. A special thanks and congratulations to host chapters from the Low Country Coalition of Kappas, which includes the following alumni chapters: Charleston, Monks Corner, Beaufort-Jasper-Hilton Head, and Walterboro. The Brothers and Silhouettes were greeted with warmth and felt the hospitality throughout the weekend. The closed banquet featured our silhouettes serenading our brothers as a tribute to their service; the Province Council ran smoothly. The Senior Grand Vice Polemarch, Attorney Robert L. Jenkins, Jr, confirmed the re- appointment of Brother Brian C. Mock as the Province Polemarch. th

Carlos Thomas, UAE Board of Directors - Alumni Laurence Richards, Strategus Jordan Barnes, Lt. Strategus Dr. Christopher Johnson, Historian Tyran White, Reporter Theophlious Welfare, Internal Auditor Dominique Riggins - Nominating Committee Chairman Dr. Vardry Freeman, Chaplain Other highlights include the largest social event on record at the fire station, as well as the recognition of many local leaders for their contributions, and brothers for 25 and 50 years of service to the Fraternity. The Southeatern Province received a letter of recognition on behalf of the Biden Administration. The White House addressed the letter, supported by both President Joseph Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Also in attendance were two Past Grand Polemarchs: Thomas L. Battles, Jr., and William “Randy” Bates, Jr. Jason A. Hall, Sr., Director of Risk Prevention and Education of IHQ, was in attendance, as well.
