The Southeastern Province’s Division of Membership Development , under the leadership of Brother Christopher Smith, serves as a driving force behind the Fraternity’s development, sustainability, and undergraduate support. With a dedicated team of chairmen leading the charge across key areas— Chapter Advisors, Undergraduate Affairs, Kappa Foundation, Life Membership, Expansion, Reclamation, Achievement Academy, Risk Management, and GLAD: Greeks Learning to Avoid Debt—this Division plays a pivotal role in strengthening chapter operations, fostering leadership, advancing financial literacy, and ensuring the continued growth and success of Kappa Alpha Psi within the Southeastern Province.
