The committee is composed of a dynamic and well-rounded team: Brian Golson , Chairman and Director of Undergraduate Engagement, provides visionary leadership and strategic direction. Delmar Whittington , responsible for Tech Support, ensures the technological infrastructure is in place to support the committee’s communications and reporting efforts. Dr. Tyrone Smiley , focused on Student Affairs, brings critical insight into student development and campus dynamics. He assists with aligning advisor efforts. Frank Thomas , Chairman of Province Advisors, helps align alumni advisor efforts with the committee’s broader goals. Dr. Timothy Hatchett , focused on Student Affairs, brings critical insight into student development and campus dynamics. Together, this team has enabled the Southeastern Province to deliver accurate and timely reporting to both university administrators and the fraternity’s national leadership, particularly in areas related to chapter compliance and institutional cooperation. A signature initiative of the committee is the organization of Undergraduate Chapter Councils. These councils play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation of chapters, offering structure, peer support, and direct engagement with alumni stakeholders. By involving alumni in the process of chapter recovery and growth, the committee is cultivating a culture of long-term investment and accountability. These councils serve as a bridge between generations of fraternity men, helping to ensure that each chapter has both the alumni guidance and undergraduate energy it needs to thrive. Another cornerstone of the committee’s work is the development of Chapter Success Plans, which are crafted in collaboration with alumni groups. These plans lay a roadmap for chapter development, emphasizing leadership training, academic excellence, community service, and operational stability. Once completed, these plans are submitted to the Province Polemarch and the Grand Board of Directors for review and approval, reinforcing a shared commitment to chapter excellence at all levels. The committee’s effectiveness is evident in its recent success stories. Most notably, it has played a crucial role in revitalizing: The Clark Atlanta University Chapter, the Gamma of Kappa of Kappa Alpha Psi The Morehouse College Chapter, the Pi of Kappa Alpha Psi The USC-Aiken Chapter, the Nu Nu of Kappa Alpha Psi The Georgia College & State University Chapter, the Mu Psi of Kappa Alpha Psi The Morris Brown College Chapter, the Beta Delta of Kappa Alpha Psi
