Reactivation of Existing Chapters
The Southeastern Province has witnessed a significant revitalization in its chapter expansion and reactivation efforts in recent years. This surge not only strengthens the fraternity’s presence in the region but also enhances its mission of fostering brotherhood, leadership, and community service among its members.
In addition to establishing new chapters, the Southeastern Province has placed a strong emphasis on reactivating dormant chapters. By fostering relationships with alumni and former members, the province has been able to breathe new life into these organizations.

The chapter expansion strategy in the Southeastern Province is rooted in a comprehensive assessment of potential campuses and communities that align with the fraternity’s values. Through targeted outreach and recruitment efforts, the province aims to establish new chapters at universities that have shown a demand for brotherhood and a commitment to service. Recent expansions have focused on historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and institutions with growing student populations. This strategic approach not only diversifies the fraternity’s membership but also ensures that the fraternity remains relevant and engaged with the youth.
1. Alumni Engagement: The province has implemented a robust alumni outreach program to reconnect with former members. This includes hosting events, webinars, and mentorship programs that encourage alumni to engage with reactivating chapters. 2. Support and Resources: New and reactivated chapters are provided with extensive support from provincial leadership. This includes training sessions for chapter officers, resources for recruitment strategies, and guidance on best practices for managing a successful chapter.
