Conclusion: A Lasting Legacy Under Dr. Willie L. Todd, Jr., the Southeastern Province’s Membership Training Academy has become more than a program—it is a movement. It reflects what is possible when fraternity meets professionalism, when tradition meets innovation, and when leadership is rooted in purpose. In doing so, the MTA has not only elevated the Southeastern Province but has left an indelible mark on the fraternity at large. As brothers continue to enter through this transformative experience, the future of the bond grows brighter, stronger, and more united than ever before. Membership Intake Statistics From Fall 2021 to Spring 2025, the MTA has engaged thousands of prospective members through a comprehensive training pipeline. A total of 6,436 legacy applicants embarked on the journey, with 344 successfully converting to full membership. Throughout this period, 1,428 candidates advanced to membership, while 917 deferred their applications, and 223 were denied. Additionally, 1,366 individuals initiated the process but did not apply. Overall, the academy received 3,972 applications, reflecting ongoing interest and engagement within the community.
