These insights will inform province-wide strategies to continue the strong membership growth seen since 2021, including the 15% contribution from Grand Chapter’s Homecoming Initiative. 3. Virtual Reality & Hybrid Events To bridge the gap between in-person and virtual engagement, the province is exploring augmented and virtual reality tools for ceremonies, trainings, and conferences.
