Purchase Process – Unregistered Land
Step 1
$5000 Tender Fee is required to take your package off the market. Via Eftpos / Visa / Mastercard, alternatively you may transfer your deposit, a sales consultant can provide you with the Account for Clarendon/ Domaine Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd You will need to Confirm Home Type, complete Sales paperwork. We will need your solicitor/conveyancer’s details to issue your land contract.
Step 2
Within 3 - 4 weeks , you will be required to attend our Head Office at 21 Solent Cct, Baulkham Hills.
On this day, you will sign your pre building contract and pay $5000 towards the build. The total $10,000 comes off the home contract value. These appointments are Monday to Friday, during Business Hours.
Step 3
You will now be required to exchange on your land, this will need to happen within the 10 days following your contract being presented. This means signing your land contract and paying 10% of the Land Value, you can pay this via bank cheque or bank transfer. The 10% towards your land can be paid into our Trust Account at
