Employee Spotlight Christine Ocasio Behavioral Health Clerical Associate III Christine is respectful, diligent, professional and exemplifies all qualities of ICARE Even though Christine was given the opportunity to work remote during the height of the pandemic, she chose to come to work because she wanted to support our patients and staff. Staff and patients gravitate toward Christine simply because she exudes a willingness to help and always have a welcoming smile. Her organizational skills, efficiency in multitasking and impeccable manner in which she manages our front desk workflow is reflected in our patient satisfaction surveys and on the happy faces of our families and staff. She goes above and beyond to assure all patients are seen in a timely manner and make sure they schedule their follow up visit before leaving. Christine takes immense pride in her work and is very committed to serving our families and supporting our staff in a cordial and professional manner. Thank you for all that you do Christine!
