The business has resumed, our project site is bustling, with all social protocols in place. It’s time to welcome you to our project office again! As handing over of ready apartments is in progress, the last slabs of all the eight under-construction towers are now completed. Internal works are simultaneously progressing for all towers along with plans to paint the external façade soon! The access ramps and the central podium superstructure are taking shape. New retail stores in Sector A are now functional and providing delivery service There now is a dairy, fresh fruits, and veggies supplier, frozen foods supplier, and a fast-food restaurant. Many more are under various stages of signing up and will soon be operational. The data center offers 7200 racks and 50 MW of power with a 48-hour backup. The center was inaugurated online by Maharashtra chief minister Shri. Uddhav Thackeray and minister of electronics and information technology and communications Shri. Ravi Shankar Prasad. The NM1 data center was recently awarded the fault-tolerant tier IV certification (the highest) of Design Documents Certification by Uptime Institute, USA, a globally recognized certification for data center design issued in over 98 countries.
