greening trees and the lure of planting herbs and flowers in containers around the outside of our home. Our big family event is coming up on Mother’s Day weekend, as my son, Aaron, is marrying Genevieve, and we travel to Vancouver, Washington, to be part of the celebration. Aaron has lived in Portland, Oregon, since his graduation from University of Oregon two years ago. His job as a project coordinator for an amazing custom home builder keeps him busy using his architecture training, spreadsheet organization and his great people skills. I am so very proud of him making his home and creating his new family in nearby Vancouver. Genevieve and her little daughter, Avary, have captured our hearts and we look forward to joining our families. God’s blessings. For Mother’s Day I like to pause and appreciate my mom, who has always been my biggest encourager over the years, and my sons’ best fan for their sports and music endeavors. Some of you know Mom, and realize what a gem she is, and I can’t help but get emotional when I think of all we have been through together. Thanks, Mom! For some of you, perhaps you have a mom to appreciate, or are missing your mom, or becoming a new mom, or are a busy mom like I used to be, juggling the

seemingly endless May events that occur when you have children in school. I tip my hat to you, and wish you a most wonderful Mother’s Day weekend, taking a moment for yourself, to think, and just be. Since Memorial Day weekend is approaching, we wish you a meaningful time at the end of May, taking time to appreciate the dedication of our troops, and remember those who gave their lives for our freedom. As we get into the summer months (at last!) please consider taking time to assess what you and your family need regarding healthcare. Perhaps this is the best time to call and schedule some time with your physical therapist to get back on track. We welcome you to come in and share your story and your needs.

Many Thanks to ZPT! “I came with neck pain and learned PT techniques to alleviate and prevent soreness. PThere helped improve and extend my range of motion in simple things like backing my car and turning my head to look for traffic. My positive experience here included method for prevention and maintenance of neck andshoulderhealth.Thankssomuch!” - Chester H. Patient Success SPOTLIGHT
