Direction
Add the tea bag into a mug. Pour over freshly 200ml of boiled water. Allow to brew for 2-5 mins! Then place in the fridge for 4-5 hours until completely cold. Serve in a tall glass with ice, a squeeze of lemon and a sprig of mint.

Fill a mug ⅔ of the way full with boiling water. Add the tea bag and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and pour the hot tea, milk, honey, and spices in a blender. Blend on high until creamy. Pour into your mug and enjoy!

• BodyKey™ by NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea- 3 tea bags • 2 cups water • 1 TBSP agave nectar (or 4-6 drops of liquid stevia)
Boil 2 cups of water and steep the 3 BodyKey™ by NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags, stir in sweetener. Allow tea to cool to room temperature. Once cool, place 1 TBSP of chia seeds (doesn’t need to be exact). Stir and let it sit for about a minute while the chia seeds “bloom”. You may need to add a little extra water if there doesn’t seem to be enough water for all the chia seeds to bloom. Once the chia seeds are bloomed, fill the cups with ice and divide the remaining tea between the 2 cups. Top off each cup with a ¼ cup milk (or dairy alternative).

Add the BodyKey™ by NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags and rose petals to the 2 cups of boiling water. Once the water has boiled for about 4 minutes off the heat and add about 2 drops of vanilla essence. Strain the water using a filter and add in 1tsp of honey, consume it hot or serve it chilled once it cools down.

• 3 cups water • 4 TBSP unsalted butter, divided • 4 TBSP olive oil, divided • 8 crimini (baby bella) mushrooms, sliced • 1 TBSP fresh thyme, chopped • Salt and freshly ground black pepper • 1 large yellow onion, diced and chopped • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 2 cups arborio rice • 1 cup dry white wine • 3 cups vegetable broth, divided • 2 TBSP Creme fraiche • 1 1/2 cup pecorino or parmesan, grated
• 1 cup boiling water • 1/4 cups sugar • 1 TBSP lemon juice • 2 cups strawberries or raspberries

Take the BodyKey™ by NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags and add boiling water to brew for 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200° F. Take a saucepan and add the tea and sugar keep stirring over medium heat untill mixture reduced to half. Puree strawberries in a food processor. and add tea syrup and lemon juice, simmer until the mixture is thick, about 25 minutes. Spread the thickened mixture onto a Silpat, or non-stick baking liner like foil, into a very thin layer. Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 hours, or until the mixture is barely tacky. Let it cool for 20 minutes. Peel off the Silpat or foil, if still moist on the underside, bake for another 10 to 20 minutes. Lay the fruit leather on a piece of wax paper and roll up to store.

In a saucepan, add water and bring to boil. add the BodyKey™ by NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags and let it rest for 5 to 6 minutes. Squeeze out all the liquid and remove the bag. add 2 cup broth and set aside. In a heavy bottom pot, add 1 TBSP of butter and 2 TBSP of oil, add the mushrooms and saute for 5 to 6 minutes, until nicely brown. Add thyme, salt and pepper, remove mushrooms and set aside in a bowl.
In the same pot, add little butter and oil. Add the onions and garlic keep stirring until softened, add the rice and stir to coat for 2 minutes. Add the wine and stir the rice for 5 minutes until the wine is evaporated. Add 1 cup of broth and stir make sure the rice doesn’t stick or burn on the bottom. Continue about 20 to 25 minutes. Depending on the rice, you may need slightly more or less broth. Once the rice is cooked add butter, creme fraiche, grated cheese, and the sautéed mushrooms and serve immediately.

In a large pot, combine chicken broth, shallots, ginger, and lemongrass. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Steep the BodyKey™ by NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags in broth for 5 minutes. Remove, squeezing bags. Bring broth back to a simmer and add chicken breasts. Turn off heat and let chicken breasts poach for 20 to 25 minutes, until fully cooked. Once the chicken has cooked, remove and let cool. Scoop out shallot, ginger and lemongrass. Season broth to taste with soy sauce, fish sauce (if using) and lime juice. Shred cooled chicken breast. In another pot, bring water to boil and cook the rice noodles or soba per directions. Divide noodles and broth into bowls, and top with shredded chicken and fresh herbs.

Direction Add the BodyKey™ by
NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags to the 3 cups of boiling water and allow to cool fully. Add one cup of the cool tea and the gelatine to a saucepan and allow to soak up the water for 5 minutes until it becomes thick. Once thickened add the remaining tea and then place over a low heat. Stir until all the gelatine has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Pour into moulds, place in fridge to cool fully. Store your gummies in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Preheat oven to 350° F. take a loaf pan and line with parchment paper. In a bowl sift the flour, baking soda, salt. Also mash bananas to a smooth consistency in a separate bowl. Heat the milk and add the BodyKey™ by NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags for 5 to 6 minutes. Remove bags and squeeze out as much tea as possible. In a stand mixer add butter and sugar on medium high, scraping down the sides for about 3 minutes. When fluffy, add eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated. Add the milk, vanilla extract and the mashed bananas. Now gently fold the sifted flour, baking soda, and salt with a spatula until combined. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes, until the top is nicely brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Cut the loaf in desired size and serve.
