• 5 TBSP gelatine powder • 3 cups boiling water • 3 BodyKey™ by NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags Ingredients Alternative: you could use 1 cup of water and 2 cups of the above Kombucha, instead of 3 cups of water and the 3 teabags.

In a large pot, combine chicken broth, shallots, ginger, and lemongrass. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Steep the BodyKey™ by NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags in broth for 5 minutes. Remove, squeezing bags. Bring broth back to a simmer and add chicken breasts. Turn off heat and let chicken breasts poach for 20 to 25 minutes, until fully cooked. Once the chicken has cooked, remove and let cool. Scoop out shallot, ginger and lemongrass. Season broth to taste with soy sauce, fish sauce (if using) and lime juice. Shred cooled chicken breast. In another pot, bring water to boil and cook the rice noodles or soba per directions. Divide noodles and broth into bowls, and top with shredded chicken and fresh herbs.

• 2 qt. chicken broth • 4 shallots, peeled and quartered • 8-inch piece ginger, peeled and thinly sliced • 5 lemongrass stalks, pounded and tough outer leaves removed • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts • 1/4 cup soy sauce • 3 TBSP fish sauce (optional) • Juice from limes to taste • Rice noodles or soba noodles • Fresh mint, Thai basil and cilantro for garnish
Direction Add the BodyKey™ by
NUTRIWAY™ Herbal Tea bags to the 3 cups of boiling water and allow to cool fully. Add one cup of the cool tea and the gelatine to a saucepan and allow to soak up the water for 5 minutes until it becomes thick. Once thickened add the remaining tea and then place over a low heat. Stir until all the gelatine has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Pour into moulds, place in fridge to cool fully. Store your gummies in the fridge for up to 5 days.
