At in-lite, we devote considerable attention each and every day to improving our service level. We achieve this through close and transparent contact with in-lite dealers, landscapers and consumers. We answer questions, provide lighting plans and train professionals in the use of in-lite products.
Do you have a question, need advice or have a defective product? We take every request we receive by e-mail or phone very seriously. We are not pleased until you can enjoy your lighting without any worries or concerns! Should you want to make a claim on the warranty, you can contact your landscaper or dealer. It is important that you are able to show your proof of purchase or invoice, so make sure to keep it in a safe place!
