Consider where you can make extra for meal prep options The recipes are designed to allow easy ingredient swaps to suit your taste, for example, swapping certain vegetables or proteins. If you are vegan or vegetarian, there are recipes catering to both. Many can also be modified to suit these dietary requirements with a few adjustments, such as swapping fish for tofu or chickpeas in the fish taco bowls or removing chicken in the kale pesto pasta.
