The Hub will include more than 100 labs, fifty specialty rooms, cafes, conference rooms and twenty “huddle” rooms for small group meetings. The four-story building will be complete in early 2020. n a pipeline between one of the best bio-engineering schools in the nation and a chemical industry leader; it will be built for collaboration and innova- tion, and will attract some of the best minds in this field.” In addition to IMC Con- struction, the team includes architects L2 Partridge , site engineers Tetra Tech , me- chanical / electrical engineers RDK , structural engineers O’Donnell & Naccarato .
