Get Involved in SIOR The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ® is the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association, with local chapters across the country. The SIOR Philadelphia Chapter includes members from eastern Pennsylvania, northern Delaware and southern New Jersey. We have several networking and educational events scheduled for 2018, many of which are free for members. Recently our chapter members and their guests had the opportunity to tour the incredible WeWork space at 1900 Market Street in Philadelphia. WeWork currently operates four locations throughout center city. The center we toured contains 55,000 SF of beautifully designed collaborative space that offers countless amenities and opportunities for companies and their employees. Today the WeWork team operates centers in 65 cities worldwide.

We would love to see you at some of our upcoming events: On April 3 rd , we have a chapter meeting in Harrisburg with guest speaker Brent Vernon, Executive Director of the Governor’s Action Team. The team works with companies who are looking to relocate or expand their business in Pennsylvania, and we’re excited to learn how SIOR members can be part of this growth. On April 18 th , our Young Professionals Network is hosting an evening at City Works in King of Prussia. This is a great chance to network and talk about the industry in an informal setting, along with some food and beverages! And on May 23 rd we’ll have our Fifth Annual Office Property Summit at The Union League Golf Club at Torresdale in Philadelphia. We’ll hear from Del Markward, a member of our chapter who is also the president of SIOR National, along with high-level panel presentations on regional market trends and new projects on the market. We will end the day with a round of golf followed by a cocktail reception.
