HILADELPHIA, PA — Shorenstein Proper- ties LLC , a San Fran- cisco-based private real estate investment firm announced 1818 Beneficial Bank Place’s $21 million renovation project is moving into Phase II of con- struction. Under Shorenstein’s management, 1818 Beneficial Bank Place renovations have elevated the building to one of the premier class A buildings in the city. The single-story building mea- sures 8,100 s/f and sits on 0.5 acres of land. The property was sold by Washington Street Realty Company, LLC to 913 Dela- ware Avenue, a Series of KD Financial, LLC, for $1.895 million. Bart Mackey , a principal at Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC Interna- tional, represented the seller in this transaction. The parties settled on January 11, 2018. “This prime Delaware Av- enue and I-95 exit location has changed ownership for just the second time in almost 80 years,” said Mackey. “The circumstance was right for the seller and the buyer.” n
