DGEWATER , NJ — Haven Riverfront Restaurant & Bar has
leased 6,500 s/f at Edgewater Harbor, becoming the lat- est eatery to join the dining component at this mixed- use development on Hudson County’s Gold Coast, accord- ing to Levin Management , retail leasing agent for the property. The restaurant will open its doors in June. Levin’s leasing representative Jake Frantzman negotiated the lease. “This waterfront location offers among the most extraor-

Brunelli & Co., Inc. , Gary’s Wine & Marketplace has signed a lease for 11,100 s/f at The Shoppes at Randolph, an 80,560 s/f specialty shop- ping center currently under construction on Route 10 in this Morris County municipal- ity. The center, a development of Grecco Realty, LLC of Randolph, recently received final site plan approval. “We are seeing a great deal of interest in The Shoppes at Randolph,” said Ron DeLuca , senior vice president of R.J.
