Terms Credit Card, Check-By-Phone (ACH) or NET 30 Days for approved accounts. Accounts past due are subject to credit hold. We do not accept money orders for payment. Customers located outside the United States must either pre-pay or use a credit card. All payments are to be paid in U.S. dollars.
Drop Ship & Commodity Terms
Commodity Products such as 25 Cs or more Oil Shipments, Anti-Freeze, DEF, Premix WW Fluid and Refrigerant must meet a minimum requirement of $750 to qualify for Special Pricing and Prepaid Freight. Finance Charges A late payment charge of 3% per month will be added on all past due accounts. Customer is liable for all legal costs if the account is placed for collection. A $30.00 charge will be applied to all returned checks. Past Due Accounts paid by Credit Card will be charged a 3% Service Fee. Freight Pre-paid on orders of $350.00 or more in the continental United States. Shipments outside the continental United States are F.O.B., Elkton, MD. If a shipment is made to you by common carrier instead of FedEx, there may be a $100 charge for a lift gate delivery. Orders for Devon Lube Equipment do not include freight and are shipped F.O.B. Oklahoma City, OK.

Fill Rate To receive backordered items, please reorder it on a future order as all backorders are cancelled. Order Turnaround Orders processed by 12:00 Pm (of the time zone you are in) will be shipped the same day from our Maryland, Texas, California, Indiana, Utah, or Tennessee warehouses, in most cases. sales tax Businesses located in California, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Texas, Indiana, Florida, Louisiana, Missouri, and Virginia only are subject to sales tax on items not re-sold to consumers. Taxable products are identifiable as any item which has a suggested retail price of “.00” on our price schedule. Add-On Policy After you place an order, it immediately goes to the Service Champ Distribution Center closest to you for processing. If you call back 10, 30 or 60 minutes later with another item(s), we are unable to match it up with your original order. Please take time before placing your order to make sure everything is checked. If another smaller order (less than $100) is placed on the same business day after your original order ($350), you will be charged the freight for the additional items.
Shortages/Damaged Shipments Any Claim of Shortage or Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
