Customer Care Information
When calling Service Champ, you are greeted by an automated attendant and may choose from the following options; • If you know the extension of the person you would like to speak with, you can enter it at any time – there is no need to listen to the entire greeting. • For Customer Service, enter extension 1. • For Sales, enter extension 2. • For all other needs, enter 4 and the operator will direct your call. • For a company directory, enter #. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of service as quickly as possible. With this in mind, our 20-member Customer Care Team (throughout the U.S.A.) works together in responding to your calls, which can be as many as 1500 on a typical Monday! • Our experienced Customer Care Team is well-trained and uses the same tools to;
• Efficiently receive & process your orders. • Check FedEx for updates on an order. • Answer any product application questions. • Resolve any errors, handle any stock adjustments and provide you with any packing slips or invoices. • And much more!
Many often ask “Does it matter who I speak with when I call?” The choice is always yours… • You can ask for the specific Team Member assigned to your account or (if they are on the phone) ask to go into their voice mail and leave them your own message. • OR you can have the person on the line assist you immediately with whatever your needs are.
Individual Team Members appreciate, and are flattered by, your loyalty in asking specifically for them. But the Service Champ Team is just that – a team. Everyone works together to assist all customers, to ensure the best customer service. Any Team Member can and is willing to assist you in all your needs. Your Sales Rep will still get credit even if someone else takes your order.
