December 2025 Promotions It’s official: Nicholas Toulet-Crump selected as our new City Attorney We are pleased to announce that Nicholas Toulet-Crump has officially stepped into the role of City Attorney as of October 29th. Nicholas began his career with the City of Midland on October 7, 2013, serving as a City Prosecutor at the Municipal Court. His dedication and leadership have been instrumental to the City Attorney’s Office, and we are excited seeing him take on this important role and do great things for the City of Midland.
