ISSUE In 2011, inspired by the approaching London 2012 Olympic Games, Gerald Eve’s HR team undertook a complete review of business continuity planning and safeguarding, putting new technology and processes in place and introducing offsite backup. Following a failed implementation of another solution in its Cardiff office, Gerald Eve decided to evaluate alternative crisis communications technology. SOLUTION Everbridge’s unified mass notification system enabled Gerald Eve to migrate its data to the new platform seamlessly to offer a fully automated system. Thanks to Everbridge, Gerald Eve improved its business continuity plan and streamlined staff communication across all nine of its UK offices.
