QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree educated. • Project management qualification. • Formal management qualification. • Qualified first aider. • Formal training in manual handling and risk assessments. • Working with listed buildings. • Experience of working in an independent school. • Experience of delivering. against an SLA.
• Evidence of continued professional and personal development. • Current driving licence. • Current NEBOSH (Construction) or similar certificate.
EXPERIENCE
• Substantial management experience gained in a building environment. • Working with range of professions in a building environment. • Experience of managing and building strong relationships with contractors. • Experience of effectively prioritisng competing objectives within a complex environment. • Working with listed buildings. • Experience of working in an independent school. • Experience of delivering against an SLA. • Ability to communicate using data, in writing and verbally with senior managers. • Influencing skills • Ability to act on own initiative • Flexibility, a positive approach to the role, and willingness to work unsocial hours.
