We’d like to welcome you to the 8th annual Private Treaty Sale. We are a family that strives to meet our customers' needs and understand their wants. We understand that there is a bull sale around every corner this time of year and we are greatly humbled by your choice to choose us as your seedstock producer. Every year we try to make each calf crop better than the last. Each year we use Ai and embryo transplant to improve. We believe in making cattle that are functional. Each cow around here needs to have a good udder, good feet, and keep her body condition year round. We don’t believe in chasing EPD’s or following the trends and fads of the breed. We use a no strike program. Each cow needs to have a calf and raise it to the best of her ability each year with no exceptions. Delivery All bulls sold within 500 mile radius will have free delivery farther than that will be discussed one on one with the bulls' future owners. Cattle Viewing Cattle are open to viewing 7 days a week. We ask that you call or text prior to ensure that somebody is around to show you the bulls. There will also be videos of the bulls on DVAuction under the Private Treaty Link. Guarantee We guarantee that each bull will pass his breeding test and will breed cows for his first breeding season. If any problems arrive we will give you the options of a replacement bull (if available), money back, or a refund in the sale. The option is completely up to you. All bulls will be tested and past a semen test prior to delivery. Bull Development Bulls are developed on a high roughage TMR ration to ensure longevity and customer satisfaction

SAV Territory 7225 is a bull we brought in through the embryo transplant program. We had a small sample size on these bulls but boy are they good. One of his sons is heading to the North Dakota Angus State Select Sale, and another is the featured Lot 1 bull in this sale. His mother was an outstanding donor at Schaff Angus Valley. We brought in Territory to make excellent females and bulls and his son in this sale is no exception to the rule.

Deer Valley Growth Fund is the sire to the lot 5 bull in this sale. This year we ended up with a lot more heifers by this bull and the other son (pictured) is in the North Dakota Angus State Select Sale. Growth Fund is a maternal oriented bull that puts rib shape and added capacity into every calf.
