Training and development Ardmac commitments
Ardmac collaborates with its stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to promote sustainable practices throughout the construction industry. Ardmac also provides training and education programs to employees, enabling them to understand and implement sustainable practices effectively.
Ardmac have developed a Learning and Development Roadmap which outlines our plan for 2023. There is full ownership and accountability held at senior management level and a report on activities and progress is presented to monthly leadership meetings. This includes developing a learning culture across the group.
This is both supported and driven by our Senior Managers and Directors. Through a combination of eLearning modules, CPD’s, Further Education options i.e. Diploma’s, Degrees, Post Graduates, and Masters degrees, we provide our employees with several options to continue their learning journeys whilst working with Ardmac.
In relation to our early talent, we have several learning pathways for them to follow, i.e. graduate programme, QS Scholarship or Estimating Traineeship. This is also further supported with a leadership development programme to prepare them for future roles within Ardmac.
