Dr. William Leach Medical Director

William Leach, M.D., is a board-certified family physician with over 36 years of experience. He is board certified in Addiction Medicine and currently operates a comprehensive private addiction medicine practice in WinterPark Florida. In addition to a full range of treatments in addiction medicine, including Suboxone opioid dependency treatment, Dr. Leach provides further services such as clinical consulting, business consulting, and pharmaceutical treatment advocacy. In these professional roles, he has served as an intervention specialist, a Vivitrol administrator, and a lobbyist for appropriate medical concerns. Before opening his practice in 2010, Dr. William Leach served as a Clinical Adjunct Postdoctoral Fellow in addiction medicine and pain management at the University of Florida. In his role, Dr. Leach oversaw the medical care and evaluation of patients in the Addiction Medicine division of the Depart- ment of Psychiatry. Virginia Latimer RN, CARN Chief Executive Officer Virginia is certified as an Addictions Registered Nurse and recognized by the Addictions Nursing Certification Board. Having served her community for over 26 years in the field of addiction. Virginia has served as Director of Nursing for over 15 years in detox and behavioral health . Virginia is a member of the International Nurses Society of Addiction and donates her time to promoting and managing the Narcotics Overdose Prevention and Education program, a preventive program designed to educate youth on the dangers of addiction along with Prevention education. Virginia also co-chairs the Volusia and Flagler County Substance Abuse Task Force.
