The award judging had taken place on October 18th, 2023, at Chelmsford City Racecourse. A panel of impartial judges, selected from a diverse range of highly skilled and knowledgeable industry experts, faced the challenging task of choosing winners from the carefully shortlisted entries. The day involved thorough evaluations, reading, viewing, sampling and scrutinising entries which surpassed the standards set by previous awards. The presentations showcased an exceptional
