M3 AND ME
EVEN WITH RAIN, IT WAS A MAGICAL NIGHT I HAD MY FAIRY TALE WEDDING!
think he was serious! I told him I would and began to joke about it. But little did I know that he was hiding a ring behind him. Then, Scott asked me again, and this time, I turned around and noticed that he was holding a ring! I couldn’t believe this was happening! Without hesitation, I told him yes. This part may be shocking to some, but we remained engaged for five years. Some couples tend to get married soon after their engagement, while others wait about a year or two before tying the knot. Scott and I didn’t want to rush anything — we wanted to enjoy being engaged and wait until we were both out of school before making any plans. Ultimately, it all worked out because when we began planning our wedding last year, we only had that to focus on — nothing else! Our wedding was absolutely magical — it felt like a scene from a fairy tale! I’ve had my dream wedding planned since I was a little girl, and it makes my inner child happy that my dreams became reality. At first, I didn’t think everything would go as planned because the forecast showed rain. My wedding planner and I didn’t have a backup plan! Thankfully, it only drizzled in the morning and quit raining as people began to take their seats. The sun wasn’t out like I hoped, but the partly cloudy sky only added to the beautiful scenery!
Hi, everyone! It’s Amanda, the director of operations for M3 PT’s Los Angeles and West Hills clinics. On Sept. 16, 2023, I got married! I loved sharing my wedding ideas with you during your therapy sessions. Thank you for being so supportive and equally excited as I was for my big day! My husband and I met in a biology class and instantly hit it off. At first, we were just friends — but I felt there was something more between us. Scott felt the same way because he asked me on a date two weeks after meeting. During our date, he asked me a question that would change my life forever: He asked if I would be his girlfriend. Of course, I said yes! We’ve been together for 10 years — we just celebrated our anniversary of “dating” in September. It was so special to reflect on the wonderful years we’ve spent together and laugh as we strolled down memory lane. We always talk about the day we got engaged because it was unlike anything I could’ve imagined. After five years together, Scott took me hiking for my birthday. We stopped at one of the beautiful outlets to take in the scenery during our journey; he hugged me from behind and asked if I would marry him. I didn’t think anything of it because, for the past few years, we’ve casually talked about how, one day, we would be engaged. He’s asked if I would marry him several times, but it wasn’t serious. So, when he asked me during our hike, I didn’t
both had nerves going into the day, but nothing mattered as soon as we saw each other. Through the tears and all, we couldn’t wait to say, “I do.” Everyone had a great time during our reception! We danced the night away — even when the drizzle returned. It made the night extra magical as we danced underneath the stars and the twinkling lights. Thank you for being a part of our journey. We’re excited about what the future holds and sharing it with all of you! -Amanda Tigar
Scott and I shed some tears during our wedding, especially during our first looks. We

Do you have an empty wall in your house and have no idea how to fill it? Instead of spending months looking for the perfect art piece (or buying something mass-produced from Target), consider using wall molding to level up the area. You can create simple squares or complex geometric patterns — whatever fits your style — with one supply run to a home improvement store and four easy steps. 1. Use painter’s tape to map out the design on your wall. 2. Cut and nail molding pieces to the wall in place of the painter’s tape. (Remember to use your level!) 3. Fill the nail holes with wood filler and disguise gaps between the wall and trim with caulk. 4. Paint your molding to match your wall, or use a contrasting color for extra visual interest. Transform Your Empty Wall Into a Feature Wall With This DIY Trick
That’s it! You can easily transform your vacant wall from something plain into any style you choose.
WE TREAT MORE THAN JUST MUSCLE PAIN!
YOU CAN COME TO US FOR OTHER DISCOMFORTS
Bladder Pain Syndrome (BPS) If you feel pain or discomfort while urinating, you’re not alone! Up to 4 million men and 3–8 million women struggle with BPS. A common reason for this syndrome is damage to the bladder lining. It could also occur due to autoimmune conditions contributing to TMD, irritable bowel syndrome, and more. To help with BPS, we may recommend dietary interventions, supplements, medication, or pelvic floor physical therapy. Therapy can include loosening muscles that are too tight or conducting exercises to improve mobility and coordination. Posture exercises, diaphragmatic breathing, and other tactics could also help. If you or someone you know suffers from these issues, please allow us to help you! To schedule an appointment, call 310.275.4137 (Los Angeles clinic) or 747.888.3562 (West Hills clinic).
your balance, improve the network of nerves between the inner ear and eyes, strengthen your muscles and flexibility, and even show you how to perform activities differently to prevent vertigo from happening. Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) For those suffering from jaw pain, have difficulty opening their mouths, struggle with swallowing, or hear crackling or popping sounds when moving the jaw, you may be experiencing TMD. Please consult with your medical provider to ensure you’re suffering from TMD. A few things may explain why you are affected with TMD: head trauma, dental procedures, or arthritis, for starters. Fortunately, we have ways to reduce the pain you feel. We can use treatments to mobilize your soft tissue, conduct exercises to help prevent pain and spasms, and show you the proper tongue resting position.
A common misconception about physical therapy is that it can only treat pain in your muscles, joints, bones, or ligaments. But our therapists can assist you with all kinds of discomforts! In honor of National Physical Therapy Month, here are three issues we can help you with! Dizziness Have you ever gotten up rather quickly and experienced vertigo? Do you have a spinning sensation, instability, difficulty walking, or nausea? If you answered yes to any of these factors, physical therapy can help! We can conduct tests to determine the cause of your vertigo. Some causes can include inner ear disorders or injuries, low blood pressure, disruptive nerves, a brain disorder, or arthritis in the neck. After conducting several tests, we will create a custom treatment plan to help prevent dizziness. We can help you improve

Personalized Vacations With AI

AI-ENHANCED TRAVEL: YOUR SECRET TO THE PERFECT ITINERARY
Rome with activities in less crowded areas that are accessible to elderly travelers.”
Next, you need to be as specific as possible. Include all relevant information about your travel party when asking it to make plans for you, including if there are any kids, elderly travelers, pets, dietary restrictions, interests, or priorities because those factors will impact the results it gives you. You should also tell the AI software when it misunderstands you or gives you results that don’t match what you want. AI, like ChatGPT, uses large language models (LLMs) to learn from the person interacting with it, so the back-and-forth of providing feedback helps it pinpoint your specific interests to give you better information.
The feeling of excitement for an upcoming vacation can quickly turn into one of stress. After you purchase your ticket or plan your travel, you may feel so burnt out that scheduling day-to-day activities for said vacation feels impossible. Thankfully, helping you create an itinerary is where AI thrives. So, how do you use AI to help you plan a trip? The first step is to craft a prompt that will get the best response possible. To do that, ask your preferred AI platform questions in your native language. AI understands many languages, and your grammar and syntax when asking questions matter when looking for perfect results. The more grammatically accurate your sentence is, the more artificial intelligence can help you.
Finally, double-check any of the information AI gives you. Most platforms can only access information available before 2021, so certain attractions, restaurants, parks, or other itinerary items may not exist anymore. Want to give AI travel a go? ChatGPT isn’t the only site you can use to plan your itinerary! You can try any one of the following AI software specifically created for travel:
• Tripnotes.ai • RoamAround.ai • Curiosio.com
For example, you can provide this prompt: “Make me a travel itinerary for seven days in
