Our Purpose To Properly Educate the Public on the Impact and Possible Damages of Alcohol and Drug Use in the Community To Promote the Understanding that Alcoholism and Other Drug Addictions are Diseases and, as such, are Treatable with the Proper Care To Extend and Expand Services to all Substance Abusers and/or Addicts, His or Her Family, Employer, and the Community To Educate by Keeping the Public Informed of the Early Warning Signs of the Disease To Provide Early Detection and Treatment, Thereby Minimizing the Trauma Caused By the Destructive Process of Alcoholism and Other Drug Addictions
