Jack Usher . Jack has a Bachelor’s Degree from Brown University where he studied Computer Science and Theater Arts. While in college, he served as a member of the Sock & Buskin theater board, performed improv comedy with IMPROVidence, and was the head writer of the sketch comedy group, Out of Bounds. Since graduation, Jack has earned a residency at The Peoples Improv Theater and has performed standup comedy all around New York City. Jack has also worked at Manhattan’s first board game cafe, The Uncommons, and is a self-described expert in abstract strategy and social deduction games including Backgammon, Codenames, Catan, and Avalon. Jack is a tutor of SSAT, ISEE, SAT, ACT, and SAT Subject Tests in Math I, Math II and Physics, AP Calculus and AP Physics. Paul Weinfield . Paul holds an M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Religion from Columbia University, a BA in Religion (Summa Cum Laude) from Indiana University, and a Fulbright grant for research conducted in India. He is also an accomplished singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Paul is a tutor of ISEE, SSAT, SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, LSAT, and SAT Subject Tests in Math, Calculus, English Literature, Music Theory, Art History, US History, European History, and World History. Kousuke Yasumura . Kousuke has a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech. And as any Biomedical Engineering graduate from a top engineering school would do, Kousuke then went on to pursue a Culinary Arts degree from the International Culinary Center in New York City and worked for several Michelin-Starred chefs. Kousuke is a tutor of SAT Subject Tests in Math I and II, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, and a tutor of AP Computer Science, AP Calculus, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, and AP Statistics. Brian Yoo . Brian holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Economics from Cornell University. As an undergraduate, Brian traveled to Kolkata, India to educate young, rural women about HIV/AIDS, mental health, and domestic violence. He was also a general chemistry laboratory TA, working closely with first year undergraduates. Brian is a tutor of the SAT, ACT and SAT Subject Tests in Biology, and Chemistry.
