NADOA would like to welcome all vendors to this year’s 45th Annual Institute Vendor Fair! We hope you join us this year in beautiful Nashville, TN. We still have slots available. to welcome NADOA Attendees This is a great opportunity to meet and greet, have some fun and help your fellow cohorts get settled in. Please email Terri.McDearman@carrizo. com or Jennifer.Kegans@carrizo.com if you are interested in helping out as a Greeter. Registration will have extended hours this year to accommodate Wednesday class attendees and the golfers. If you would like to volunteer to help with Registration this year at Nashville, TN on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, registration will be open during the following times: 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and again from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Helping with registration is a really good opportunity to meet new people and get involved with NADOA at the same time.

INSTITUTE REGISTRATION

Please be sure to pay close attention to your Registration form when you are signing up to go to Institute. If you are bringing a guest, we will need their name for a lanyard and there is a blank space provided on the registration form for this information. As always, anyone arriving without their lanyard for an Institute event will not be permitted to enter and you will not get a lanyard upon arrival unless you have paid for your registration. Feel free to call me if you have any questions at all regarding registration, which is now available online at www.nadoa.org.
2018 Institute Golf Outing Wednesday, September 5, at 1pm we will be kicking off Institute with a round of golf, so make sure to plan your arrival to the Gaylord Opryland accordingly. As always, this outing brings together a light-hearted round of golf and the opportunity to make new friends and get to know previous acquaintances better. The clubhouse offers a lunch menu if you are looking to grab a bite to eat before hitting the practice facilities. This outing is
open to all guests, so make sure those accompanying you to Institute know they are welcome to join us. It is always a great time! Register to play at www.NADOA.org We look forward to seeing you!
