How Our Partnership with Feed the Children Makes a Difference

Philanthropic partnerships have long been a cornerstone of the values of Precious Moments. We are proud to continue this tradition of giving through our ongoing relationship with Feed the Children. As you already know, this amazing organization aims to end childhood hunger, providing hope and resources to children and families since 1979. What you may not know, is Feed the Children provides disaster relief as well serving families and communities when they need it most. When storm winds blow, waters rise, or fires rage, the physical and psychological impact on children is immense. They can lose their sense of safety and struggle to understand what has happened. Natural disasters not only rob children of their homes and their prized possessions, they can take away a child’s sense of security. In an effort to provide children hope and comfort in the wake of devastation, Feed the Children now provides Kids Disaster Packs equipped with much-needed essentials and kid-friendly supplies. The packs are lightweight, sturdy, and easy-to-carry as a child takes their first steps on the road to recovery. Recently, Feed the Children has provided relief to families affected by disasters all across the county – in Alabama, Nebraska, South Carolina, Florida, and California! This service would not be possible without the collaborative relationships established between the organization’s community, corporate partners, and the giving public at large.
