Dear Club Members,
Summer is nearly here, and we are in the mood to celebrate! This time of year gives us so many reasons to get together with family and friends – we’re tossing hats at graduations, toasting the bride and groom at weddings, taking vacations with our families, and enjoying laughs and great food at casual backyard barbecues. All of these moments give us a chance to make great memories with those most important to us; it’s no accident that they also inspire so many of our Precious Moments gifts and figurines! We also have some exciting Precious Moments events this Summer, like artist signings, the Disney convention, and of course our annual Family Reunion Event at the Precious Moments Chapel. We hope to bump into you at some of these fun events. During this season, we would also like to offer our congratulations to Mishell Hoover, whom you have come to know as your National Club Manager. Mishell is transitioning to a new role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Precious Moments Foundation. All of us at Club Headquarters congratulate her on this well-deserved new position. Mishell is passing the torch to long-time Precious Moments employee, Karen Jones, who is excited for the opportunity to lead your Club as we continue through 2019 with our message of unity. Read more about Karen on page 7. We hope this issue of MOMENTS inspires you to make the most of the glorious Summer months ahead. Whether it’s taking a road trip with the grandkids or finding a way to incorporate the themes of Precious Moments into your gardens or home décor, we wish you a Summer full of loving, caring, and sharing.
