IN THE SPOTLIGHT

When the first Melaleuca box arrived at the Torres home, it was a complete surprise to Don. But after cleaning the bathroom with their new EcoSense® products, he was impressed. “Don was so amazed that he didn’t have to wear gloves and a mask that he became a fan instantly,” Faye explains. “And to this day, his favorite product is still Safe & Mighty™ .” Faye knew that she had something worth sharing. Her family and friends quickly enrolled with Melaleuca, but it wasn’t until she changed her perspective that she really began to have success. “I realized it

was all about listening to others’ needs,” Faye explains. “When I changed my focus from who can I enroll to how can I help them and what are their needs , everything became much easier.” Faye also notes that putting the emphasis on others has an added benefit. “When I approach others with a mindset of having something that can genuinely help them, it hurts a lot less if they say no ,” Faye says. “I know they aren’t rejecting me. It means they just aren’t ready yet. The timing just isn’t right.”

Of course, Melaleuca has made a big impact on her family as well. With help from Faye’s Melaleuca income, the Torres family was able travel to the Philippines for the first time in six years. And Faye’s business has given her the freedom to afford activities and supplies for her children. “Melaleuca has given us a real feeling of relief,” she says. “It’s given me more time for my family, more time for myself, and a better quality of life that lets us build important relationships. That is really priceless. ”
