After working on the Historic Kravis Estate on Palm Beach Island, as well as the Wrigley Estate in Lost Tree - $97.5M, Evan partnered with Onshore Construction in Jupiter. As 1/3 owner of Onshore Construction, Evan completed dozens of the areas finest homes ranging in construction cost from $3M to over $30M. Our Story In contrast with the higher volume business model at On-shore Construction, Evan is now able to maintain all of his team’s focus on no more than 5 projects at any given time. This management-rich approach guarantees clients the best value and quality for their in- vestment. Anderson Building Corp. renovates and builds new homes ranging from $3M to $40M and beyond. Our honest, transparent business model ensures that every project will have its own dedicated field team and an office-based project manager running no more than 2 projects at any given time.
